Delivery time

Orders ship within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation. Shipping may be delayed depending on stock and inspection.

MAISON LAUREL items are sourced from our overseas partners after you place your order, so timing may vary with season, stock and shipping conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping rates

Japan: ¥800 for orders under ¥10,000; free on orders of ¥10,000 or more.

International: United States US$20 (free over US$100) / Canada C$25 (free over C$140) / United Kingdom £15 (free over £80) / Germany and France €20 (free over €90) / Australia A$30 (free over A$155) / South Korea ₩13,000 (free over ₩13,000) / all other countries and regions ¥3,000 (free over ¥15,000).

The shipping carrier cannot be selected.

International delivery

International delivery time varies by country and region.

Depending on the laws of your country or region, duties, import VAT or other charges may apply. These are separate from the item price and shipping, and may be charged to you directly by the carrier or customs on delivery (we cannot quote these amounts in advance).

Some countries and regions require a personal ID number (such as a passport or taxpayer number) for customs clearance.

If a package cannot be delivered, or is returned, destroyed or confiscated because duties or import taxes were not paid or information required for customs was not provided, it will be treated as a cancellation for personal reasons and the item price and shipping cost will not be refunded.

Receiving your order

If a package comes back to us or our partner because of a long absence or a refused delivery, we may charge the cost of reshipping. Packages held by the carrier past their storage period may be discarded.
