Article 1 (Definitions)

1. "These Terms"
   These store terms of service.
2. "We" / "Us"
   The operator (ZERO LLC) of the online store "MAISON LAUREL" opened using the Service.
3. "The Service"
   The mail-order sales service we provide over the internet.
4. "Purchaser"
   A person who applies to purchase products following our procedures, having understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full.
5. "User"
   Any person who, having understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full, searches, views or uses the images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, information and other materials we provide through the Service ("Content").

Article 2 (Application of these Terms)

These Terms apply to the use of the Service we provide over the internet. Users are deemed to have accepted these Terms when they begin using the Service.

Article 3 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change all or part of these Terms, or establish supplementary terms, at our discretion without prior notice to Users or Purchasers. Changes and additions take effect when posted on the site providing the Service, and the Service provided after that time is governed by the amended Terms.

We are not liable for any damage to Users or Purchasers arising from changes or additions to these Terms, whether direct or indirect and whether or not foreseeable.

Article 4 (Purchasing products)

• Users may purchase products from us using the Service.
• Users who wish to purchase a product shall apply following the procedures we separately specify.
• A sales contract for the product is formed between the User and us when the User, after confirming the delivery address and order details entered, clicks the button to place the order and our email confirming the order reaches the User.
• Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct in connection with the use of the Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
• Minors may not purchase products through the Service without the prior consent of a legal guardian.
• We may change product specifications (including but not limited to design, color, material, accessories and packaging) without prior notice to improve quality or streamline production and supply.

Article 5 (Changes to registered information)

If any of the name, address or other information provided at the time of purchase changes, the Purchaser shall notify us promptly. We are not liable for any damage arising from a failure to register such changes. Even after a change is registered, transactions already processed before the change will be carried out based on the information prior to the change.

Article 6 (Payment)

• The amount payable is the total of the product price shown on the site, consumption tax, shipping and any fees.
• Payment for products purchased through the Service is limited to a credit card in the Purchaser's own name and other payment methods we specify (those shown at checkout).
• When paying by credit card, the Purchaser is bound by the terms of the Purchaser's separate agreement with the card company. Any dispute between the Purchaser and the card company in connection with the use of the card shall be resolved between them on their own responsibility.
• Where the Purchaser uses a payment method designated for the Service under a separate agreement with the payment provider (including but not limited to agreeing to that method's terms), the Purchaser is bound by that agreement. Any dispute between the Purchaser and the payment provider shall be resolved between them on their own responsibility.

Article 7 (Returns)

We handle returns and exchanges in accordance with the "Refund policy" and the "Legal notice" posted on the site.

Article 8 (Handling of personal information)

We handle personal information in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, Users and Purchasers shall not engage in any of the following:

1. Conduct that causes, or may cause, nuisance, disadvantage or damage to other Users, third parties or us
2. Conduct that infringes, or may infringe, the copyrights or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personal rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other rights of third parties or us
3. Conduct contrary to public order and morals or in violation of laws and regulations, or that may be so
4. Using Content obtained through the Service beyond the scope of private use
5. Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing or making public Content obtained through the Service, directly or through other Users or third parties, or similar conduct
6. Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service or other services we provide
7. Conduct that we reasonably judge to be inappropriate, such as damaging our reputation or credibility
8. Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. We are not liable for any damage caused to third parties by a User's or Purchaser's breach of these Terms.
2. We make no guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy, certainty or usefulness of the Service or of information obtained through it.
3. Even if Content disclosed or posted on the Service contains false or misleading information, we are not liable for any damage, loss or disadvantage suffered directly or indirectly by Users or Purchasers as a result.
4. We are not liable for the quality, material, function, performance, compatibility with other products or other defects of products sold through the Service, or for any damage, loss or disadvantage caused by them.
5. If the Purchaser fails or refuses to receive a product, cannot receive it due to a long absence or an unknown delivery address, or otherwise cannot receive it for the Purchaser's own reasons, we fulfil our delivery obligation and are released from it by contacting the Purchaser at the registered contact details and bringing the product to the delivery address specified at purchase.

Article 11 (Copyright and intellectual property)

Content provided through the Service belongs exclusively to us or to third parties holding legitimate rights. If a dispute arises between a User or Purchaser and a third party in violation of this article, that User or Purchaser shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense and shall cause no damage, loss or disadvantage to us.

Article 12 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 13 (Consultation and jurisdiction)

If any doubt arises over the interpretation of these Terms, we may determine the interpretation within a reasonable scope. The court with jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance for all disputes relating to these Terms.
